Guidelines for Adult Classes

After you register

• If you registered online and shared an email, we will send you a receipt.
• If you registered by mail, you are in unless we contact you.

Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel your registration for a full refund up to 3 business days before class starts. 

• If you cancel after that, you will not receive a refund.
• If we cancel a class due to low enrollment, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

Location change

Class locations may change. If that happens, we will contact you.

Material and supply fees

Some classes have extra fees or require materials. 

• Check the class description for details.
• Pay the instructor the first day of class.
• Pay by cash or check.

Photos and videos 

• When you register for a Community Ed class, you are giving permission for us to use your photo or video for things like:
  • Flyers
  • Brochures
  • Website

Contact us to opt out of photos and videos.
