Rental Application Timeline

School-related events are our top priority. Over time, we start to accept applications from groups and businesses within and outside our district.

General facility rentals

Look at the season when your event(s) takes place to see when you can submit an application. School-based activities always take priority.

Summer: June 8 — August 16, 2026
On these dates in 2026, we open applications for:

March 1 — Youth associations
April 1 — Individuals, city associations and nonprofit groups located in our school district
April 8 — Individuals, nonprofit, political and municipal groups not located in our school district
April 8 — For profit individuals and groups

Fall/Winter: August 17, 2026 — March 7, 2027
On these dates in 2026, we open applications for:

July 1–31 — Youth associations
August 3 — Individuals, city associations and nonprofit groups located in our school district
August 10 — Individuals, nonprofit, political and municipal groups not located in our school district
August 10 — For profit individuals and groups

Spring: March 8 — June 4, 2027
On these dates in 2027, we open applications for:

January 1 – February 15 — Youth associations
February 16 — Individuals, city associations and nonprofit groups located in our school district
February 23 — Individuals, nonprofit, political and municipal groups not located in our school district
February 23 — For profit individuals and groups
